Kirsten has changed my life! I had a lot of health issues for about 3 years. Very painful and issues no one could solve. @nourish2flourish_nutrition and my GP (she was new to me at the time), listened to me, helped me within the boundaries I was comfortable with and helped me understand how food is my friend and also my medicine 🥗 I love the women that surround me, listening to my needs and just being amazing! Courtney L.

“Thank you for your continued support and guidance throughout my Ironman training and race. My celebration as I crossed the finish line was because of you and how much nutrition played in my race. Thank you for all you did to make my first Ironman a success!” A., Ironman Triathlete

“Kirsten did an excellent job explaining why certain types of foods impacted the body in certain ways. The detoxification process was good for my body but also was educational.” Cleanse + Reset Participant

“Kirsten's Cleanse & Reset protocol is the perfect way to increase awareness and change habits for the long-term. The guidance is crystal clear, the recipes are easy and delicious, and rather than feeling deprived, I always feel satisfied and energetic and I have tremendous focus and clarity. This is my 5th time doing the program, and I will keep doing it every time she offers it!” Cleanse + Reset Participant

“I cannot recommend the groups cleanse & reset enough. This is the 3rd time I’ve done it and you feel so good at the end. The Facebook group was a great support system as well.” Cleanse + Reset Participant

“Kirsten is so knowledgeable and makes her plans easy to follow and understand. She is there to guide along the way which is so helpful. I definitely recommend working with her. You will learn a lot to improve your habits and health.” Fast + Reset Participant

“I can't speak highly enough about Kirsten and the value of her business. I have worked with Kirsten for many years for multiple reasons: to support my nutrition during Ironman training, to participate in her structured group programs, and generally to clean up my everyday diet. Regardless of why I work with Kirsten, she is an incredible partner because she provides real applicable guidance, is very responsive to my questions and needs, and cares deeply about my well-being. I will continue to work with Kirsten, no matter where life takes me.” Fast and Reset Participant and Individual Nutrition Client

"Since participating in the cleanse I have modified my diet to add lots of delicious, healthy fats. I've never been a fan of cruciferous vegetables but they taste amazing with ample amounts of coconut oil! I've never gone on a diet or tried to lose weight but I actually dropped a couple of pounds this year and am having one of my best triathlon seasons even after adding more fat to my diet!" J’ne, Triathlete and Cleanse and Reset Participant

“The group fast and reset was a great way to ease into fasting in a safe and supportive way. I love the meal plans, as well.” Fast + Reset Participant

“Kirsten brings a holistic view to overall wellness; while the group cleanse focuses specifically on nutrition, her counsel and advice spans other areas of wellness including body/hair care, and home care. The group format of the cleanse helped to foster knowledge sharing and support yet I was able to go to her one on one to discuss and address any personal health history challenges and/or questions about my body's response to the cleanse.” Cleanse and Reset Participant

“This "cleanse" was a great way to reset after summer indulgences. The group format is encouraging and Kirsten's knowledge provides the foundation for the "why" behind food and beverage choices. This allows the participants to buy in to the program more. I will do this cleanse at least 2-3 per year and hope to incorporate many of the cooking practices into my day to day.” Cleanse and Reset Participant

“This was my first cleanse. I was super excited to do the cleanse, to help me lose some weight. I wasn't expecting it to work so well! I lost 12 lbs during the cleanse. It was well put together and "easy" to do. Plus Kirsten gave plenty of delicious recipes to make.” Cleanse and Reset Participant

“This was my first time cleanse with Nourish2flourish and it helped me personally make needed changes in how I eat at home and on the road. I definitely have more energy then before and losing a few needed pounds was a nice bonus.” Cleanse and Reset Participant

“I've been racing bikes (XC MTB, road, ultra endurance) for over 10 years, but I never focused much on nutrition. Coming into early 2018 with some big goals for the season, I decided to focus more on what I put in my body to see if that could give me the edge I needed for racing. I reached out to Kirsten after my wife had success with Kirsten while training and racing IM70.3s.  Kirsten's personalized testing and nutritional counseling helped me understand what to eat on and off the bike. She provided very specific advice for different types of training and racing. The results have been stark; I recover from harder efforts faster, I weigh less, and I'm faster. 2018 results (so far): Four 1st place finishes (to include a National Paracycling TT Title) and five more top three results. Thank you Nourish2flourish!” - Kyle, National Paracycling TT Champion

"I begin savoring my next meal, glass of wine, and cup of coffee hours before the actual event, so committing to someone else’s menu and ingredient list isn’t something I take lightly. This cleanse was a breeze. I was certainly sleepy the first evening, and my routine was certainly different, but I was never hungry or irritable. Every meal was delicious and filling. Although not advised, I continued with high- intensity Crossfit and indoor cycling, dialed-back 20%.  I traveled for work a couple of days during the cleanse and wasn’t perfect, but followed the cleanse principles as best Orlando-area restaurants permitted. On days where specific snacks were allowed I typically chose to skip them which was highly unusual.  I was nervous about fully-committing to the number of calories from “good” fat in coconut oil and avocados, but followed instructions and lost an unexpected 6 pounds during the cleanse plus an additional 2 pounds (8 total) the month after the cleanse ended now that good fats are my new BFFs.  I still make the decadent smoothies daily and the cruciferous vegetable dinner entree at least weekly.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by committing to a cleanse.  Why wait?" - Jay, Group Cleanse and Reset Participant

"After the first week, the scale says I'm down three pounds! My skin looks extra fantastic and I still feel great. This was a stressful week with a work project and family in town, but overall I felt great and the food part was not an issue. I LOVE everything I eat. Lots more veggies and avocados, adding seeds to my fruit and Greek yogurt at breakfast, using zoodles and spaghetti squash instead of pasta. My husband loves everything, too! Not that the number on the scale matters but I was only ever at this weight for ONE WEEK in my adult life... the week I got married, six years ago... so this is amazing. And I'm eating more food, and feel a lot better overall now than I did then, I am SURE of it!"  Liz, Weight Loss Client

"Have to give you a huge shout out for helping me nail my nutrition for this race. BQ and a 14 minute PR! 36th female overall. Couldn't have done it without you!" - Jessamyn, Ultrarunner

"I want to give a shout out to Kirsten at Nourish2Flourish, Inc., one of our amazing sponsors. I cannot say enough amazing things about working with her. She has helped me and continues to help me and guide me through a very challenging and tough time while I dealt with and still occasionally deal with terrible stomach issues while training for my first Ironman. She helps me with my daily diet and lifestyle changes as well as my Ironman nutrition. She not only provided me a very detailed outline of my nutrition for half Ironman distances as well as my race day nutrition for Ironman Louisville, she gives me guidance on my daily diet. This nutrition plan has helped eliminate a lot of stomach issues and has make me very confident in my race day nutrition. I am excited to see the results of working with Kirsten in my first Ironman in October and in continuing to see results in my daily life. Thank you Kirsten, I am forever grateful!" - Jennifer, Triathlete client with multiple food sensitivites

"Kirsten Miller, with Nourish2Flourish, was recommended to me by her colleague, a generous connection in which I have shared in her tremendous wealth of knowledge about the physical body and what we put in it that will benefit me (and those I share food with) for the rest of my life.  As someone who had never 'dieted', I have been surprised by how positively the nutritional changes made have benefited my life.  Specifically, in training for an Ironman, by cutting almost all carbs and sugar, I was able to power myself for 140 miles on good fats, without suffering the common endurance complaint of GI issues.  I felt strong in body/mind/spirit for the entire way, and, as training is often about how we want to feel after an event, I felt good the next day.  In the long term, I see more energy, less afternoon drowsiness, and decreased sickness.  Humans like the path of least resistance, but having a little discipline now means less difficulty later... less diabetes, less doctors, more time to be active and live life fully.  Consulting Kirsten was the best investment I could have made for that race, and for my future!  I have referred her on to friends, and will continue sharing the wisdom that what we get out of our bodies is what we put into them." - Carol, Ironman Triathlete

"I can't thank you enough for all your help with my nutrition! Not only has it helped with my training, but it's completely changed my every day nutrition. In the last 1.5 months, I feel like my body has become so much stronger simply because of my nutrition. It's crazy to watch your body change, especially after training in the past and never having that. I will definitely be sticking to your approach for both training and daily nutrition." - Tara Ironman Triathlete

"As a husband, father, teacher, coach, and athlete, my schedule is exciting and full.  Last August, I had a medical situation that demanded that schedule slow down.  I was just a couple of months out from my biggest race of the season, and my body was demanding that I stop.  This had a profound effect on not only my physical health, but it also led to an emotional challenge as well.  I went to several medical doctors seeking support.  From each I heard, "take this <fill in the blank> medicine, and it will help."  None of them addressed the root cause of my issue.  They just wanted to treat the reaction.  Thankfully, I found Nourish2Flourish through a friend.  From the first day, Kirsten took an in depth look into my life and searched for what could be causing my current condition.  Every day since, I have received great benefit from her knowledge, empathy, and holistic care for my overall well being.  Currently, I feel healthier, stronger, and more optimistic about the future than I have in as long as I can remember, not to mention being at a healthy weight.  As far as sports performance goes, my energy is at a high level.  My workouts have been of higher quality, and the results have followed.  With what I have learned from Kirsten and her continued support, I know these improvements that I have obtained are not only sustainable, but I know that I will continue to build from them.  I am thankful for feeling healthy again, but I am equally thankful for the real relationship that Kirsten and I have developed.  She really is amazing!  I fully and without reservation recommend utilizing her services." - Nick, Triathlete

"As a life-long athlete, I assumed that eating right and exercising 6-7 times a week would yield results in how I looked and felt. But after having my second child, I wasn't feeling 100% about my body, both inside and out.  Working with Kirsten at Nourish2Flourish, we put together a 10-day plan that would give my body a break, allow itself to detox from any chemicals or toxins and give me the mental reprieve of having to choose my foods every day. It was just what I needed! I feel rejuvenated, back in control over my food choices, and better equipped to find balance across protein, fat, and carbohydrate. I am forever grateful, Kirsten!" - D'Arcy, Detoxification Client

"I found myself going through some Christmas photos, and realized that I was not only overweight but also very embarrassing looking next to my family.  So I decided to start making some changes in my appearance.  I searched out a nutritionist, and hit the jackpot with Kirsten Miller and Nourish2Flourish!!

I went to my intake meeting with Kirsten, and was not sure what to expect.  I told her that I had not exercised in 22 years, I had never read the back of a food label to understand what the ingredients were, and I would like to lose about 40 or 50 pounds.  She smiled and said "okay, let’s get to work.”  She helped me to set some short and long term goals and to establish a few immediate diet changes.  After two weeks of taking her advice, I started to feel better and my clothes were getting a little looser.  So, I decided to go all in and to do anything she wanted me to, in order to meet my goals.  I am not going to say it was easy, but somewhere along the way, for me, it became a lifestyle and not so much of a diet.  Kirsten took the time to educate me on proper nutrition and about healthy food versus what I previously thought was normal food.  She took the time to help me find a proper exercise plan and helped me to work it into my daily routine at the proper times.

I am now down 80 pounds in 7 months and I am wearing smaller clothes than when I graduated High School, 22 years ago!  But more importantly, I now understand my body and how food affects it.  I have never felt better in my life and I owe it all to Kirsten Miller. I will forever be a healthier, non-embarrassing version of me.

Thanks for helping me to live my life!" - Shane S., Weight Loss Client

"I cannot say enough great things about working with Kirsten Miller with Nourish2Flourish. She helped me through a very difficult time when I was having terrible stomach issues while I was training for an Ironman. Kirsten suggested I get a food sensitivity test done. Once I eliminated the foods that were making me sick, within 24 hours I felt like a new person. It literally changed my life overnight! She helped me adjust my diet to eliminate the foods that were making my sick - mainly, grains and sugars. Not only do I have more energy, I have lost body fat, and I have also completely eliminated my sugar cravings. I am now eating a fat adaptive diet and will never go back to the way I was eating before! I no longer have to "count calories" to maintain my weight.  I eat nutrient dense foods - vegetables, healthy fats, proteins, and some fruits. It has been a privilege to work with Kirsten. I can't wait to see how my new lifestyle changes will positively impact my race season next year! Thank you Kirsten!" - Heather D., Ironman Finisher

"Unreal things are happening thanks to your nutritional advise! I'm down to 123lbs (unexpected surprise, one that shocked me for a while), my body composition is totally changing (I had to buy a new swimsuit!) I'm energized and not as tired as I used to be, and I'm getting through all my training with no issues. Successfully added more veggies (lots more) to my all my meals, reduced carbs, and I keep adding good fat to them as well. Thank you so much!!! Excited to get this race season started." Daniela V., Triathlete

"In tandem with my triathlon coach, Kirsten's guidance with my nutrition plan has help me become a stronger and faster athlete. She has helped transform my body composition and become more metabolically efficient. As a result my intake of calories during a race has been drastically reduced, I have enough energy to sustain long and hard workouts, my immune system has become stronger, and gastrointestinal issues while racing are a thing of the past. As a busy professional I don't have the luxury of time to cook the majority of my meals at home, but Kirsten was able to help me "navigate" eating out and eating healthy. The nutrition plan we came up with is one that is realistic and can be maintained throughout my training and non-training times. I'm definitely excited to see my performance and overall health improve even more with her help." -Khem S., Ironman Triathlete

A few months into training for my second Ironman, I finally got tired of sabotaging my training with my I-workout-a-lot-so-I-can-eat-anything approach to my nutrition. That's when I found Kirsten. Quite simply, she taught me how to *really* eat. Through her clear guidance and simple principles, I've discovered untapped energy, power, and confidence. I had the best race season of my life and my race-season nutrition has become my year-round approach. I've never felt better -- and I still get to eat my most favorite foods! - Jen O., Triathlete

"Kirsten's coaching and nutrition guidance helped me through my biggest ride ever, 75 miles and almost 7,000 feet of elevation gain. Can't say enough good things about her and her fat-adapted protocol."  - Susan K., Cyclist

"My employees were impressed with Kirsten’s knowledge and excitement about nutrition and health. She presented new concepts on healthy eating and my employees left with a greater understanding of how food impacts all aspects of their lives. I would recommend adding Kirsten’s services to any corporate wellness program."  - Susan T., Benefits Manager

"Kirsten Miller has positively impacted on my sports nutrition, as well as what I eat on a daily basis. She created a dietary plan specific to me my goals that has resulted in both weight loss and improved athletic performance. She has also provided me with a foundation of knowledge that will enable me to maintain this healthy shift on my own. Kirsten’s nutritional guidance helped me to shed more than 20 pounds in less than seven weeks and has substantially reduced the volume of sports nutrition products I take in while training and racing. I’m leaner, faster and excited to see these changes translate into better performance during my upcoming race season." - David S. Heller, Ironman Finisher, Mountain Biker and Ultra-runner

"One year ago I was 40 lbs. overweight and sedentary.  I couldn't run around the block without throwing up, and I knew I had to do something.  I began counting calories and running, and eventually the weight started to come off...  Except I wasn't fueling my body properly; and worse, I had injured myself as a result of improper training.  I knew I needed help to get myself to the next level.  I reached out to Kirsten and told her that I wanted to run a marathon and that I was willing to whatever was necessary to achieve that goal.

Kirsten not only changed my diet but also changed the way I approached food and eating in general.  I began eating for nutrition and endurance, rather than focusing on calories.  But it was more than that - she helped me to understand the relationship between food and proper nutrition.  Anybody can provide a checklist of what to (and not to) eat.  Kirsten does far more than that.  She took the time to listen to me and to understand me and then taught me about nutrition specific to my body.  She also designed a training plan that was designed to help me get to the marathon starting line injury-free and ready to tackle the challenge of running 26.2 miles.  Everything was tailored specifically for me.

Through Kirsten's guidance and coaching, I am proud to say that today I am a marathon finisher and now training to run my second.  To put it bluntly, there is a 0% chance I would have achieved my goals without Kirsten's help.  Her fat-adapted nutrition plan and expert coaching have left me feeling stronger, faster and healthier than ever.

Many people mistakenly believe that hiring a nutritionist or coach is only for the serious or elite athlete.  It's not.  Kirsten has demonstrated that anyone, even an average Joe like me, can achieve their nutrition and fitness goals no matter how lofty they may be.  I takes the work of a proven expert, and that is exactly what Kirsten is. I am grateful for the privilege to work with her and plan to continue working with her as I run more marathons." - Dave D, Marathon Finisher
