Instant Pot Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

2 lbs. pork tenderloin
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried sage
½ tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh or dried rosemary
1.5 cups bone broth

Seared the sides, applied the rub and ready for pressure cooking.

Clean and rinse pork tenderloin.
Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes while you mix the rub.
Mix oregano, sage, garlic powder and rosemary.
Add Salt and pepper to pork.
Add oil to instant pot and select sauté.
Add pork and sauté both sides until cooked, about 5-10 minutes per side.
Remove the pork to a separate plate.
Add the bone broth to the instant pot and deglaze the bottom.
Coat tenderloins with rub.
Place trivet in instant pot.
Place tenderloins in middle of trivet.
Set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Allow to instant pot to naturally release steam for 15 minutes.
