Stuffing Bites

These are a fun appetizer or serve with the main dish on Thanksgiving!

5 1/4 oz Sourdough (or gluten free bread), broken into pieces
1 large egg
2 tbsp dried unsweetened cranberries
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup pecans
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 375.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients to a food processor (or blender) and process into coarse texture.
Use a teaspoon to make into balls.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bites are slightly browned.
